The site feels cumbersome?

IS it just me or the site feels like veeery slow? There is noticable delay? Is it maybe somehow have to do with the location of the user?

yeah... it's a known issue that the site can load pretty slowly or take its time with things, especially since the site is so graphic-intensive. Things like slow internet connection, or being far away from new york (which I think is our primary server host location) can cause it to feel slower. We could go full-in on optimizations to load it quicker but we decided to focus on finishing the baseline idea of the site first (there are multiple pages that we haven't even started yet) because optimizing takes a really long time 

But if there is anything specific you want to detail please let us know! Does it feel slow when loading for the first time, are buttons and links delayed, etc. If there's anything especially wrong we can try to take a look sooner than later.

Ohhhh, I see - yeah that makes sense...

I'm basically on the other side a of a globe so no wonder that the ping is so high XD
