Websites / Cruelty Squad Levels Site
Last post by Asaklair - Jan 10, 2026, 11:08 PM
A personal favorite site of mine is https://crus.cc/

I joined the cruelty squad community right before it was out of early access and I was quickly drawn to the modding community. De Sinople made the site and did a wonderful job! It is a catalog of a bunch of custom content that the modding community put out and is a great representation of how amazing they all are. I never got into making levels really, but I would occasionally make custom music for them and that was always really fun to hear a song I had made in an actual game.

Thank you!! Under the hood our forum's style is based on PurpleHaze by 'twitchismental' on the Simple Machine Forums... forum... Obviously it's not purple, I took quite awhile switching the colours and other bits, making sure it looked good and had a consistent theme with the logo I designed as well. And bonus that it works really well on mobile too, that part worked out of the box lol  ;D

YAM / Re: YAMUM Vol. 2!
Last post by cubelily - Jan 09, 2026, 02:42 PM
aw this is sweet! to think someone would be so invested in our project is really warming for the soul... thank you for all your kind words and all your effort! And I'm sure there's still lots to explore, and lots to come when we flesh out the site and deepen its pores and interstices :pp

like the boys said, its really heartening to see anything about our baby Yam displayed up on a wall! We've got lots of plans and we'll continue to work diligently, continuing to build our mechanisms and imbue them with souls...

And yes, I think this is yoty (year of the yam ^v^)

Last post by cubelily - Jan 09, 2026, 02:34 PM
since the others posted some music, ill share one of my all time favourites. criminally underloved so i give it the love it deserves ^ .^
I remember finding this as an mp3 on an old hard drive, and was really glad to see this internet still had an online version of it! And in case this link dies, it's Not Okay by Permanent Dog Pawprint Dirt Stain (aka Alba Rose) ft. Radio-Baby-Victim

wow... this is absolutely amazing!! i guess we should start building the hall of fame page on yam finally lol. well let you know when it's up in a few weeks(?)

honestly you are not the first to spend an hour or more with code monkey, hes an alluring guy ;)

im assuming you did the same code cracking with the back cover of volume 2 then? hehehe...

and seeing that printed is wonderful! we did actually make some prints of the full magazines and maybe in the far future we plan to be able to sell some or at least distribute some around. no primises, but I think wed all enjoy that.

anyways thanks for the kind words! stuff like this really helps keep us all going!!
